I’ve been reading The Little Book of Hygge (which I recommend to anyone who wants to make their home feel more … well .. Hygge). Clean Eating Soup

OK, so not all these soups are slow cooking. Some of them can be whipped up in a couple of minutes, while others need a couple hours of slow simmering to release their flavors. Personally, I love the whole ‘soup cooking in the slow cooker’ thing.

I dump all ingredients in the pot before heading out in the morning and come back a couple hours to a home smelling amazing and a dinner that basically cooked itself.
