First Upgrade
The first upgrade occurs when you introduce one of the tinkerer siblings into Spino Town, where Mayor Tor and Ades converses about the prospect of the future and furniture!
Second Upgrade
After finishing the Saving Sis Quest and amassing a total of 8 settlers, the town of Spino's settlements will further develop. They will build interconnected houses just across the broken fountain. There will be two chests there, so enjoy the view!.
Item Shop
Spino Town, at first glance, seems like a town with no produce and commerce to support itself. However, through Beelzebub's intervention, you can increase the inventory of this humble town's Item Shop!
First Upgrade
To bolster Spino Town's commodities, Ades has requested that you retrieve supplies from her dealer. Complete the Lost Peddler side quest, and Spino Town's shop will unlock more items. The new offerings range from Dark Energy and additional basic crafting materials!
Workshop
You will unlock the workshop after completing the Tinkerer Siblings side quest, where the shopowner that will move in depends on your choices! The workshop will allow you to craft materials for part manufacturing in your hub!

You will unlock a personal room and the Furniture Shop after completing the Light on the Hilltop side quest, where you will meet Lutemis, the artist! The Furniture Shop sells a variety of decor and furniture that will spruce up your room!
Room Customization Explained
Paint Shop
You will unlock the Paint Shop after completing the Mysterious Voice side quest, where you will meet Shion, a kid that Sheriff Rao saved! The Paint Shop allows you to freely change your tank's colors and decors, making each vehicle unique.
Vehicle Customization Explained
EX Chip Dealer
You will unlock the EX Chip Dealer after completing the EX Chip Hunt side quest, where you will meet Arthur, an aspiring techy. Arthur will supply you with EX Chips, which are vehicle parts that puts specializations on your vehicle. You can find his shop near the Paint Shop!

Complete Side Quests for Town NPCs
Settlers of Spino Town will request Beelzebub to do a series of quests to better their town's situation. They will have Beelzebub fetch materials, clear monsters, and talk to other settlers to improve the town's condition!
In turn, the settlers will utilize Beelzebub's help by improving Spino Town's infrastructure and relations!

Recruit New Settlers
A town must have more hands and talent to fuel its growth. Before they live in Spino Town, these new settlers will have Beelzebub do a favor for them by fetching something or beating up on someone. Nonetheless, having new settlers will introduce more facilities for Beelzebub to use!
