  • 1 Napa Cabbage, shredded or chopped or 1 bag shredded or chopped Napa Cabbage or Mixed Salad Greens
  • 2 large Carrots, julienne cut or 1 bag Shredded Carrots
  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, grilled completely, sliced and cooled to room temperature or chilled
  • 1 bag Wonton Strips
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare Houston’s Lime Salad Dressing according to the recipe linked to in the Box below. Set aside.

  • Prepare Houston’s Peanut Sauce according to the recipe linked to in the Box below. Set aside.

  • Place cabbage, carrots and sliced chicken in a large mixing bowl. Toss to mix well.
