Have been loyal to royal since 1995, this was the worst ship and cruise i have ever sailed on! Total chaos first 2 days. Crew members appeared over whelmed , rude and not concerned about passengers in all faculties! crew members stood aroung totally ignoring passengers, busy talking to one another, as if they couldn"t care less. Not worth the outrageous cost for a sky suite! Won’t go on RC again. Water is not included in your room except for the crappy tap water that makes passengers sick. I had to complain until my room steward got permission to stick my room with bottled water! Then asked for a shower cap! Nope! Those were discontinued! Again my steward scraped me up a couple she found but said they were the last!

Great ship. Never felt crowded. Staff was outstanding. Food was good. Don't waste money on The Key program, or specialty restaurants, or balcony staterooms if trying to save a few bucks. We love the entertainment on most of the Oasis-class ships, but the shows on the Symphony of the Seas were absolutely spectacular and amazing--by far the best we've seen. Family cruise with Adult Children and Adult grand children.Staff was excellent, most specialty restaurants were great dining experience. Aqua Show and Ice shows were great ,very good and entertaining. Aqua theatre suite went well beyond expectations.Our Genie Hugo did an exemplary job. Lots of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, decent food (when calibrating that it’s a cruise ship serving 6k people), and lots of activities and entertainment to choose from.
