So last night I called Spectrum and the guy told me that there was no outages in my area last night an was acting like everything was fine ... just got a call from an automated system saying that the outage is fixed in my area .. so that mf lied to me @Ask_Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum Hi. Just waited full hour with agent trying get to a supervisor (& we were 1st in the queue). We gave up. Spent 53 mins yesterday - requested chg not made & equipment sent that I did not request. Issues unresolved aft 3hrs today. Ugh. All except 1 agent useless.
